Our packaging is made from recyclable materials. We encourage you to find new uses of them. If you do need to dispose of them, please ensure they’re placed in the recycling bins.  

For orders within the UK, we offer refunds or exchanges if the goods are returned within 10 calendar days of you receiving the products. Please notify our team by emailing info@twinka-ou.co.uk prior to returning the item to initiate the process; otherwise, your return will not be processed.

International orders are non-refundable.

Returned items must be in their original resalable condition and free from damage, odour, or signs of wear, such as soiling, hair, washing, or scratching. All returns are subject to inspection.

Please note that personalised and bespoke items cannot be returned, and sale items are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Credit and debit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect on your statement.

Customers are responsible for the postage costs associated with returning unwanted items. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held liable for loss or damage during transit.
